    I need major help. This update screwed up my whole directory and I can’t figure anything out. It would be helpful if I could get on the phone with someone to help me through all this confusion. My directory is live and BROKEN.

    1. Edit the archvie item template and remove the ‘new’ badge

    Instead of spacing, there, though, you could consider changing out the GD Post Meta->post_content and replacing with GD Post Content
    in th archive item template https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/design-elements/#gd_post_content

    5. You can adjust the GD Post Images settings for the GD Detail template: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/details/

    Either that or adjust the layout so the area for the slider/images is smaller. Try using the option for ‘contain’

    Thanks, I had additional questions on the following:

    3. I clicked default settings and my Archive Item page is showing a lot of spacing between the listing title and the items below it. And it’s showing the icons vertically aligned instead of horizontal. What happened?

    4. It’s not supposed to be 2 columns. It’s supposed to be 1 column, like the Archive Item page.

    5. Still not understanding how to do this.

    6. There used to be a sign-in or register for a login page. What are the shortcodes for that?

    3. Please share a link and screenshot, not sure which page you are seeing that on.
    4. I am still unable to login with those credentials, please validate and repost and we will check the settings there.
    5. GD Post Images will call up images to serve as the background of a div. The div itself will expand to fill the available space. Limit the space to limit the image or add custom css.
    6. There is no longer a login/signup page included with GDV2. We recommend UsersWP

    The GD Archive Item page is a template to add content to other pages, it is not a page that is used anywhere, I am guessing you are trying to look at …/gd-archive-item/

    4. Make sure the shortcode on that page uses list view, instead of grid view

    4. The shortcode was not correct. I used a shortcode builder to recreate it and saved and it worked.

    5. No, this is about th elayout of your page. WP Bakery has some options to do this but you would find more with Elementor or Beaver Builder. I have set it to a carousel. Adjust it further by editing the post images shortcode on your GD Details template.

    6. It is under “addons” tab. However, there appears to be an issue with the page. Please open a ticket on the UsersWP site and report the issues with the profile there. https://userswp.io/support/

    5. I do have the ability to add carousel items to my WP Bakery page, but I don’t understand how to connect it with gd post images. The images show blank when I add a carousel to my GD details template.

    5. GD Post Images has a carousel option now controlled by the slider settings for max images to show at a single time. Check the details page to see how it is configured.
