    I’m wondering about upgrades to packages. If client is on a bronze profile package, and then upgrades to a silver, do they pay full price for the new package even if they have just recently signed up to the bronze package?

    Or should it calculate the difference until the end of the contract? Looking to find a way to do that but cant see any settings in the directory.
