The other day I had trouble getting the Upload Image button to work for Location Meta Featured Image. I finally got it to work after disabling all other non-GD plugins. I could not pinpoint one plugin in particular that was conflicting.

At some point, while installing the Supreme Directory update, I accidentally activated it and when I reactivated Listimia all my widgets were in the wrong place. (I don’t know if this is related)

But somehow in the process, I lost the default images for UsersWP profile avatar and banner. And my custom Maps Styles appear to have been reset to default. I hope that is all.

Now, I am trying to fix the Default Images for User Profiles and am running into the same issue with Upload Image. However, I disabled all plugins (non-GD and non-UsersWP) and am still unable to get it to work. The button is unresponsive. Could the conflict be between UsersWP and Geodirectory?

    Hi Foster,

Thanks for your post. Are you seeing any errors after uploading the images? “HTTP Error” or something else? You can also, open the browser developer console and see if there are any console errors while uploading the images on your end.

    Hi Foster,

Thanks for your reply. Could you please share the URL of the page in question of where I can see the upload button? Also, if possible highlight it using screenshots.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

You have set Settings->AyeCode UI->Load JS to “Required functions only” which is not loading the JS for “popover” function and that’s the reason for the error. Can you change this temporary to “Core + Popper” and make the changes to categories? If you have a specific reason to set it to “Required functions only” then you may change back to this after making changes. We will figure out some solution for this and fix it soon.

    Regards,
    Patrik

Ok. I don’t think I knew those settings existed. Much less remember changing them. Thanks. I just changed it to the (default).
