We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I can add tags on the back end to business and event listings but they cannot be added on the front end by users who are making their own events. Is this a feature that can be turned on?

    Hi,

    tags is one of the default fields, the only reason why it wouldn’t show is because it was hidden with css or tags where limited to 0 via price settings.

    Sorry what I meant to say is that when people sign up for a listing they are able to choose the category it goes in, are they also able to choose tags or create tags

    Tags cannot be chosen, you can only add them comma separated in the tags field and if the tag doesn’t exist it gets created.

    Yes I understand that, is there a way I can enable a field for tags to be entered on this page?

    Hi,

    It should be already there, is it not? If it’s not, check your price settings and eventually for css used to hide that field…
