URL location string pages not found

Hi – I’m trying out the GeoDirectory plugin and am unable to load the country, state and city listings pages.
eg: the Supreme Directory demo on your site shows listings for the following strings –
../places/united-states/california/san-francisco/business-listing/
../places/united-states/california/san-francisco/
../places/united-states/california/
../places/united-states/
On my site, the first one of these – the business listing page – loads fine.
But the rest of the location listings pages (country, state, city) return as not found.
Can you help me troubleshoot why this might be happening?
I’m using the free GeoDirectory plug-in on the latest version of WordPress using the default WP 2019 theme.
During set-up I set the default location to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and added a Google API key but chose Open Street Maps in the map setting as I don’t yet have a Google Cloud Console billing account.
I’ve selected the full url location string in the GeoDirectory section of the permalinks, as well as /%postname%/ in WP permalinks.
I’ve tried saving and resaving the Permalinks and repairing the database without any success.
I’m using a local machine with a localhost address so can’t give you access at the moment.
