Use Gd_Archive template for ALL post types

How can I use the gd_listing archive format for ALL the custom post types? I have another plugin that created its own post type which uses the theme template. I would like all the pages to have the same grid layout.

Also, if it is not to much to put in one question.
Can I define the default “Grid View” selection on load and even hide the drop down selector?
