User ability to Add event

Hi,
How can a user add an event? A user can add a place here: http://classybusinesses.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place but if I change the url to: http://classybusinesses.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event it just redirects to the home page. Is there a page for adding events? Or is it possible to have the user switch between place or event on the form?
