Hello,
After a new user register click the “Register Now” button on the gd-login page, the user is taken to a blank screen.
My site was working until the GEO Directory updates. I de-activated my security plugin and also other plugins. The issue persist. Any suggestion to resolve the issue is appreciated.
Thanks,
Nik

Thanks for your patience. Just performed a thorough and it looks like some PHP code from your child theme is causing issues to the GD registration. Could you go through it and see wish code is causing the issue you had there?
Thanks!
November 20, 2018 at 9:22 am #455125Hi Kor,
Thanks for looking into the issue. Did a php code checker on my child theme codes. No coding issues. Tried a number of code line removals from the child theme. No luck in getting the issue resolved.
I did had a problem updating a number of GeoDirectory plugins a couple of weeks ago. It said I couldn’t update because the plugins were unlicensed. I had to deactivate the plugins and re-enter the licence again. Eventually, the plugins updated. Not sure if that could have an impact.
Also the map in the ‘place’ post listing is greyed out on the backend view, but not frontend. It likely happened with Geo plugin updates.
Based on your expertise on GeoDirectory, which line of codes do you think could be the potential culprit in the child theme?
Thanks,
Nik
November 20, 2018 at 6:08 pm #455260Hi Nik,
Thanks for your reply. Since everything worked fine after deactivating the child theme, I’ll forward this to a developer for further assistance. In the meantime, please share FTP access to your server.
Thanks!

November 30, 2018 at 2:15 pm #456500Hi Nik,
There is an error “You must acknowledge and agree to the privacy policy” after submitting a form which is the reason for blank screen. The error seems coming from enfold theme. So, you may need to disable privacy acceptance fields.

Thank you so much for resolving the error.
On the backend of the “Place” Posting an error appears on the map as follows:
Oops! Something went wrong.
This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details. Is there some coding I have to put in to resolve the issue?
Appreciate your help.
