User updates profile and asked to "check out again

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Client stated after “edit” of her listing that she was directed to a check out again. (she paid last month already)

    Next, she said no “submit” button display after “previewing” the edited page. She was instead redirected to check out.

    Why is this happening please?

    When my client called me for “insurance for her cbd business”, she commented about being charged for just editing the page.

    I was logged in the back end as admin. I went to edit her listing as well and was taken to the check out screen too.

    I will “create” a new user late this evening or in the morning and share the steps and results.

    are you sure that during her 1st checkout, the transaction went through?
