Want to add customization in review, need help.

Hi Team,

MultiRatings is really a nice plugin and i was thinking of putting some customization on 1 of the websites i am working on, just like we use a short code for recently visited listings.

Is there a plugin or any short code which pops-up a window for asking reviews, i have seen that function on many popular websites.

Let me explain in details what i wanna achieve, first users come to websites and leave it, now the cookies are saved, based upon the last visited pages next time users come to websites and sees recently visited pages, here on the 2nd visit i wanna put this popup in front of the users for asking review about last time visited listings, is this possible with any short-code or can you suggest any plugin which can perform that.
