I want to rewrite Explorer Page Search -‘Search for’ and ‘Near’ output
pls help me to find function name and i want to use address field for ‘near’ text box and place name for ‘Search for’ text box .pls help me how to rewrite it

Have a look at GD > Settings > General tab > Search sub-tab >

In my listing i have added 4 custom address fields .so when i enter those address in ‘near’ text box i need to get search result of places with those address.i have disabled map.so i need to get search result with address data

The Near search field only recognizes info stored in the address fields that ship with GeoDirectory.

The Search for field will look at title/description/category and tags.

Adding extra custom fields can never be found using the NEAR search.
You will need the Advanced Search addon for that.

If you want to add listings in more than one location, you will need the Location Manager.
