When new listing submitted make it pending review

    GD > design > listings > New listing default status > draft

    also after i changed the admin email adress all emails are being sent to the old one and not the new one

    You mean the admin email at
    Settings > general,
    or
    GD > general > general?

    will the admin be notified if a draft is made for a place. aka pending for review

    Did you change the WP user email or the listing email (part of the listing)?

    Admin will get notification if a new listing is submitted, either draft or published.
