White Screen Problem

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    We’ve tried on mobile as well. There’s no errors present at server level, nothing in the logs.

    Thanks for looking into it, it happened after we were deleting large numbers (100 at a time) of unwanted listings. They just stopped loading after that.

    I’m going to try at home shortly, I’ll pick this up again tomorrow if the other guys can’t find a fix.

    OK, so I figured out a fix for this last night. Somehow, our ‘admin’ log-in has corrupted.

    If I sign in with your credentials we can see the missing listings which previously white screened.

    We’ve no idea why? But clearly for the purposes of making progress, we’ll simply add ourselves a new admin account for this site which is a satisfactory work around.

    At least, you know, and we know how to resolve any further occurrences of this issue.
