I hope you can help mme because at the moment, I cannot move forward. the solution is very unstable…

PS : I sent you yesterday the admin and pass for ths siteJune 17, 2015 at 11:40 am #42845Checked also with themeforest.
they have confirmed the issue is coming from your plugin.
See :
sharmstr wrote:The problem is with geodir event manager. Next time you have an issue like this, turn on wp debug diplay so you can see the error messages. Then rename the individual plugin folders until its fixed. In this case, I renamed geodir_event_manager to geodir_event_manager1

There is a 0 (zero) at the top right saying it didn’t find anything, which is normal because we are simply calling the function without sending any query. That is not a white screen of death.
Where and how to you get to that page?
I renamed the event plugin as it should and I can’t find any error, please explain your problem with better examples.
Thanks
June 17, 2015 at 6:33 pm #42901Hello Paolo,

See as yourself : http://linkmulti.wpengine.com/
When I disable your plugs add on, I have a noral woking site.
Thanks for your support.June 17, 2015 at 6:41 pm #42903Ok I’ve found it, the errors are caused by another plugin.
“NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error – http://linkmulti.wpengine.com/wp-content/plugins/ag-custom-admin/require/dynamic.php?type=js&context=admin&ver=changed_theme”
Please disable ag-custom-admin and in case you need it, submit a support request to them.
Thanks

same issue remaining…June 17, 2015 at 7:29 pm #42913Hi,
I just noticed you have GeoDirectory and GD addons network activated.
That can’t work.
On multisite GD and its addon must be activated website by website.
Please do that and let us know if all problem get fixed.
Thanks

I have deactivated GD and plugins on network
and activated them on my main site.
No change…June 17, 2015 at 8:22 pm #42919Than, please ask to your server admins if they have a clue what is creating the 500 internal server errors with Ajax calls.
Thaks
