Why is my "Send Inquiry" disabled?

    Hi, I two websites with directory.
    One has “Send Enquiry” enable clients can send emails to the service providers in http://www.partycoop.com
    but in http://www.hirehomeservice.com there is no option to send email via “Send Enquiry” why is that?

    I can’t figure out why “Send Enquiry” is disabled on my HireHomeService.com website. That is a very important feature to have. I looked through GD->Notifications->Site BCC Options-> Send enquiry, and that is set to “Yes” that is the only place where I see the “Send Enquiry” option.

    So how do I enable to option for clients to be able to send email to the service provider?

    Does the listing have an email address added? Without a listing email address the Send Enquiry would not know where to go.

    My bad.
    Case resolved.

    I was looking at a few listings that don’t have an email, but the listing that do have an email have the “Send Inquiry” showing.
