hi on my sidebar widgets i am showing the places http://www.nrfaustralia.com.au on the left side. However the images for the places are very slow to load.

Open your GD Archive Item template and remove the GD Post Images element.
Replace it with:
```
[gd_post_images type="image" ajax_load="1" slideshow="1" show_title="1" animation="slide" controlnav="1" link_to="post" types="post_images,logo" image_size="thumbnail" cover="n"]
```
Or use the shortcode builder to make a new one that uses the thumbnail version

I cannot find the problem, but the Archive Item is not using your thumbnails, it keeps using the full images.
I’ll get a developer to have a closer look.

Hi nrfaustralia,

I have checked and found:
– Your site is running with claim Manager plugin of v1 version, please remove it and install v2 version.
– I checked all attachments for the listings and except “Fight Fit Academy” listing all the listings does not have any attachment generated for other sizes like thumbnail, medium etc. So those listings are showing original images when it not finds thumbnail image for those listings. You have can images for “Fight Fit Academy” listing that it is showing thumbnail size there.

I also tried to create a new listing and it also generated thumbnail size of images uploaded under it.

The claim manager plug in was deactivated – i don’t us it anymore. I have deleted the plug in now.

Thank you I will try to re-upload the image to see if they re-create the thumbnail image

Hi,

Are you uploading images under listing via form or via re-import method? Import method will not generate different image sizes. When image uploaded for the listing it generates different sizes.

Hi,

Try to remove existing image(on mouse hove you can see delete icon) and then upload image again.

Yes this is what i already did for 8 Limbs, Lukphinong, Oceanic and Fight Fit. I first deleted from the hover over icon. Then re-uploaded
