widget logic for upcoming event

Hi, I would really appreciate your help in constructing a conditional statement for Widget Logic to show a widget on my Upcoming Event page, ?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_event&etype=upcoming
would something like this be correct?

geodir_get_current_posttype()==’gd_event’ && ‘type=upcoming’

Your best bet may be to try WP conditional tags.

For example for the search page

We are unable to provide additional snippet support for widget logic at this time as we are focused on GDV2 development.
