WP Users will not let me login as Admin

I can successfully login as an admin, however when I attempt to navigate to the ADMIN Dashboard, your theme/plugin does not let me reach this place….it just allows me to Edit my profile.

Why is this restricting me and how can you provide a bug fix to resolve this issue?

When I deactivate the plugin “Users WP”, I can access my dashboard. Please explain why this is happening and what bug fix you you can offer to resolve this forever?

In the meantime, I have had my hosting provider turn off this pluign so I can login as admin….what solution will you provide to resolve this NOW and going FORWARD?
