Actually there was conflict with BuddyPress Integration plugin. It was loading GeoDirectory plugin textdomain before WPML load.

again many thanks for you help.
Now I need a tip again in case of our own billings plugin created. Where we have the problem that our translated strings of emails also not translated. We even tried to get help from WPML support and have not been able to solve this issue so far.
Maybe the same problem is related from geodirectory itself or you will have an idea and point us in right direction.
We have only two emails that are not being translated from database strings and rest all are working fine. Both these emails are at same place(Tax doc approval and dis approval). I have also tried with WPML API for email translation but still did not work.
Steps to duplicate the issue:
– Screen shots of email 1- https://www.screencast.com/t/fkDnGkEm
– Screen shot of email 2 – https://www.screencast.com/t/XnnTn9EBdVk
– Additional info find here a Video shot to explain the issue – https://www.screencast.com/t/bqZZ93Qhl
– geodirectory strings – https://www.screencast.com/t/eTYJHnns3C
Problem: translation is done, but strings had to be flagged from EN into DE as they were wrong indicated
– geodirectory Invoice – https://www.screencast.com/t/qFfvg4DUGw
Problem: Translation is done, but not displayed in theme and plugin translation
– geodirinvoice – https://www.screencast.com/t/zWNtjay0tf
Strings are all translated. Not sure if or why no geodirinvoice translation file is found in theme and plugin localizationI really would appreciate if you at least give us a tip to proceed with solving this issue.

July 5, 2017 at 9:36 am #385768Hi Alex,
– Screen shots of email 1
– Screen shots of email 2
< To translate emails you should follow GeoDirectory custom fields translations (Ex: custom database texts, emails etc.).In your plugin create one xyz.php file and include that file in your main plugin file. In this xyz.php file add strings/emails texts that needs to be translated. You can check /geodirectory/db-language.php file how we added custom texts/emails for translation purpose.
After this follow steps given in this WPML support post https://wpml.org/forums/topic/custom-string-translating/#post-640164– geodirectory strings
< You should follow as WPML support said here https://wpml.org/forums/topic/email-is-not-being-translated-accordingly/#post-1301795– geodirectory Invoice
– geodirinvoice
< In those texts are dynamically loaded(means loaded from db) then you should follow same method described for email translations. You can ask for help to developer of “geodir invoice”.
Thanks,
