Zip Code Search Only?

Is there a way for me to have a zip code / city search box, the geolocation button, and a search button as my only options for searching?

So basically:

[zip code] | [geolocation btn] | [search btn]

I don’t need the “Search For” box. I don’t need the settings icon.

Basically I have a nonprofit client with a lot of office locations. They want people to be able to search by zip code and be able to hit a geolocation button and that’s it. They don’t want to overcomplicate it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
