The website is commercialised for transactions using an integration with Woocommerce Bookings and Woocommerev Vendors. It connects Venues (GD Places), Events (GD Events), Stallholders (GD Custom Post Type) and Event Service Providers (GD Custom Post Type) all in one place. Availability checks and event/stall bookings can be undertaken centrally (in one place) with multiple venues and events saving hours of accessing multiple different websites. Applications are one-click submit-to-all allowing site/event owners to accept and confirm bookings. Once a booking is accepted all the paperwork is processed through the site and a commission deducted. The system also manages delivery of required paperwork for events including insurance, health and hygiene certification etc. Paperwork for all bookings etc are contained within the Member Area using BuddyPress and accessible/printable at any time.
