    Hi GeoDirectory,

    I know this is in the wrong forum but I did try to send a message in the forum licence key but it wasn’t giving me the option.

    I’ve just been notified there are 18 updates for GeoD on my dashboard on wordpress.

    When I have come to update, I get an error message

    An error occurred while updating GD Booster: Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory > Auto Updates and that your membership is active. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I’ve logged onto my GD account and added my sites to each plugin. I’ve put in the membership licence key into auto updates but it still isn’t working.

    Also I got told Listings had expired but I’m sure it was in the package for 1 year?

    Please can you assist.

    On one of my websites its let me update the plugins so I can put the individual licence keys in for each plugin but on the other, it only gives me one option to put one licence key in

    Hi Emma,

    If it only asks you for one licence key then please use the OLD licence key from your profile, then after updates you will then enter the new licence keys.

    If it only asks you for one licence key then please use the OLD licence key from your profile, then after updates you will then enter the new licence keys.

    Please can you check, as I got the annual subscription and it shouldn’t have expired until August.

    Also if I have been charged $7 then I will need a refund.

    I notice today (despite only paying it yesterday) its stating its $10 to renew???

    I sorted the licence number.

    Its the listings manager thats causing the issues.
