Help. Is this a server error and indication of some parameter I need to adjust on my dedicated server?

“Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!

Please close ticket. Resolved.

Problem was a restriction that I set on number of concurrent ips allowed associated with the same user. This happens with mobile user when my restrictions are too tight.

Resolved.

Depends where that error is shown maybe?
Could be security plugin you are using too?
503 suggests it is server related.
