Renewing my membership.

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I am trying to renew my membership but since my old one expired I cannot see my license number. I am assuming that to keep the same user name I will need to renew rather than buy a new membership.

    Can you give me my licence number please?

    Hi,

    we changed system, the old licence numbers are not compatible with the new one. Simply buy a new membership with this username, you’ll have to change licences keys anyway in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates.
