Time value in Payment Email from GD

Would it be possible to change the time in the email confirming a payment receipt to reflect the local time. I just made a payment at about 22:00 and this is the confirmation email I got from GD…

I have WP configured to our local timezone, so maybe GD can determine what it should be??
