Theme Tailor Membership Disappeared

    Hi,

    I purchased several of the addons indivdually. I’ve just tried to post in the Events forum (one of the addons I bought and a forum I’m posted on before without issue) only to find it saying I need to have paid membership. I thought “Addons bought individually have lifetime licence for support and updates” but the Theme Tailor membership is no longer showing on my account after just 2 months. The addons appear to be functioning ok but I need to work out how I get support back for these. Many thanks,

    Hi,

    we moved to a new membership and licencing system, so theme tailors now is out of the equation.

    Your licences have been transferred on this website and I see them all :

    Marker Cluster
    Location Manager
    GD Booster
    Events
    Custom Post Types
    Custom Google Maps
    Advanced Search

    They are not expired or pending, they are marked active and to never expire as they should. Not sure what the problem is here I’m really sorry. Everything seems to be in order and should work fine as far as i can tell.

    I’ve asked to Stiofan to follow up.

    Thanks for the swift response.

    Some of these seem ok (I’ve just check Marker Cluster and can access the support forum without issue).

    The Events one is the only one so far I’ve noticed that I can’t access.
