Not able to access /wp-admin as editor

I am having an issue when trying to access the dashboard when logged in as a editor,

When going to wp-admin it just redirects to the homepage.
I can get into the backend when clicking edit entry over a post but then when i click dashboard it just takes me to the home page.

Could you help please.

Hi Stephen,

We set an option to do this by default as usually customers dont want users in the backend, all our addons allow users to do everything front end. You can change this setting in GD>General>Allow user to see wp-admin area
