I just loaded the Demo data into my site and the map doesn’t load. It just spins without ever showing a map…

Hi,

you have several Javascript errors on that page. The 1st being the google maps api being added twice. That’s probably coming from another plugin or the theme.

Please provide admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look.

Hi there,
I was able to fix the plug-in issue – please do not deactivate “Advanced Custom Fields” as my theme uses that to load pieces.

However, I deleted those pieces, Deactivated ALL plugins other than GeoDirectory and the map still doesn’t load.

I was planning on purchasing pieces for this, but if the map won’t load, then it’s fairly useless. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Kirsten,

This seems to be a theme related conflict, i tried another theme and the map loads fine, i would really need FTP access to be able to find the problem, even then i don’t see anything sticking out so it might take a little bit to find the exact problem.

Ok shoot. Thanks for looking. I can’t give FTP access. It’s not set up to use FTP. It’s set up using Composer, etc.

Any thoughts that you’ve seen in theme conflicts? Such as moving JQuery up or down, etc?

This is a very custom built theme using Roots (http://roots.io/), so I could probably move things around a little.

There is nothing that is pointing me to anything inpaticular, i suspect maybe some of the custom JS the theme uses is conflicting with a variable name used somewhere in our plugin.

Maybe you could zip the theme and send it to us?
