Hi,
I am not sure what u are trying to do at ur end.
Here is what i did to import everything successfully.

1. uploaded the file which i am going to attach again with this message
2. clicked on Select and upload csv
3. Clicked on import data now
4. it got imported successfully and showed these results
Data inserted successfully.
Total of 2 records inserted.
Please trasfer all images in ‘/wp_content/uploads /2014/05 ‘ folder.
