    I have followed all of the steps for the CSV upload and it still will not work.

    I have attached my csv in hopes that the developer can assist.

    Hi,

    I am not sure from where did u download or how did u create this csv. It does not look a proper csv required by the system. For example post_type column value is bank and that value has been moved under Video column.

    Please advise ?

    I downloaded the format that was available on the geo directory, saved it in open office and then put one line of my own data into it. I then resaved with open office. I had seen this advised on another string.

    Plus, I spoke, by chat, to the customer service person and she said it looked good. She advised me to send it to you, for an answer.

    I just tried to import what you sent and got the same message. I have attached a screen shot, which is the same message as what I have been getting trying to import it myself.

    my screen shot didn’t send as a TIFF so I reattached as a PNG.

    Hi,

    the file you attached is totally wrong in format. Data must be delimited by commas and double quotes in order to be imported correctly.

    The file Vikas attached is correct and imports fine. I only see one problem in categories, where there should be a comma between hotel and pizza.

    Please reply to this with a link to your website and wp-admin credentials (Set as private reply) and we will have a look.

    Plz check it now. There was address mismatch problem. We will document it later so other will not get into this problem.

    I just tried to import and it still didn’t work. If I can’t get a solution quickly, I will have to move on to another directory theme.

    I just tried to import the CSV you attached and it still doesn’t work. Thanks for the help, but I don’t have the time to trouble shoot this product.
