Drop files to upload function

When trying to load pictures (jpg) files under the Drop files to upload function on the right side of the page, I often get “HTTP ERROR” in a red banner. I have tried with 3 different WIFI services and they all have this error at times. Retrying without leaving the application and coming in again will sometimes work but . . . see below.

Then when the jpg images are present and the “Update” function is executed some of the pictures
disappear when the page is refreshed. Does not happen all the time.

Sometimes just updating text and then doing an “Update” function, pictures are eliminated.

With no update activity, just bringing up the website later results in some pictures being dropped and replaced by a small black box with an X in it. These pictures are now gone from this EVENT.
