CSV Import Problem

Hey there. I’ve been looking at the other some help on importing this csv file. Here’s the error message:
```
299 out of 299 record(s) could not be inserted due to invalid/blank post type. Only use geodirectory's post type.
```
I’ve attached the csv file. Any recommendations? And I’ve triple confirmed the post type is correct…

Abnormal characters at row 34 and 144, post_content will trip things up.
You don’t have categories for some listings.

That error code [Only use geodirectory’s post type.] is not always correct …
There only needs to be one mistake for the import to fall over …
