Top pictures on detail page - proportions

Hi There,

I have a problem with the three images shown at the top of the detail page in whoop:
http://eventlocations-baden.de/eventlocations/rheinmünster/e210-event-hangar/
The pictures are pressed into the square-shape and proportions are changed.

Is there an easy way to resolve this?
Pictures should be cropped instead.
