Can there be more than one Event Profile form? Something like the CPT?

Why? Because the information for a wine tasting event would be different that that of various sports matches.

Dart leagues challenges, mixed martial arts, football, wine tasting, funerals & obituarites…

Different labels and event fields.

Understandable, but no that is not an option. There can be only 1 event cpt.
