Advanced Search with Custom Fields returns No Listings Found

A simple zip-code based search will return results.

However, when ANY option from the Custom Fields is selected, it returns “No listings found which match your selection.”

I have confirmed there are listings that match the criteria.

I expect I have something configured wrong, but can’t seem to figure out what.
