Location Manger not updating

My locations manager license is entered and accepted as active. I’m at Location Manager 1.4.2.

When I try to use the GeoDirectoryx Force Update Plugin and update, I get this message:
An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Location Manager: Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory > Auto Updates and that your membership is active. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

When I deactivate the GeoDirectoryx Force Update Plugin, I still have a notification to update to 1.4.3, and when I try it, I get:
