Redirection after Location Selection

Instead of redirecting the user to the location page, can the Location Selector be made to reload the viewed page, with selected location/everywhere?

As a user, it is always frustrating when you are on a page and you select or click a link to do something…change location, create an account while trying to submit an order/listing, etc. and rather than taking you back to that page it takes you to an entirely different page and you are forced to hit the back button a few times (which still may or may not work) or have to re-navigate back to where you were (which you may or may not remember exactly how to get there).
