Hi guys.
Love the plugin, but I seem to be having a slight issue.
When testing the plugin, we try to add a user who wants to list a business, but once this happens, and the page redirects to the Add Listing form, we notice no emails are going to the user who registered, and no admin emails are coming through. I’ve tested the other stuff (Send Enquiry, etc.) and no emails from the plugin are coming through, either.
We’ve set up Profile Builder as well (to handle Customer registrations), and this seems to be sending the necessary emails without any issues, and this was added after we set up GeoDirectory. Furthermore, this has been an issue since the beginning, since we set up GD.
I tried setting an SMTP plugin, to no avail and an email log plugin that didn’t show any activity at all. Also, I disabled all of my other plugins, and then tested it again, and still there was no change. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m turning to the experts to help as I’m somewhat stumped here.
I’ve spoken to my hosting provider in the hopes that it could be some sort of server issue, but they weren’t of much help, either.
Any help? Am I missing something? A fresh pair of eyes might be able to help…
Let me know what else you guys need.

April 19, 2016 at 5:52 pm #166405Ok email log is not logging the emails so there is something breaking wp_mail function.
Can you please try to disable all non GD plugins momentarely to see if the problem goes away.
Please also delete w3 total cache (also file and folder it created in wp-content).
Let us know,
Thanks
April 19, 2016 at 5:57 pm #166410I did disable all non-GD plugins initially, but I still had w3 Total Cache installed.
I’ll try that again and I’ll retry and report.
