listing not saving location infomation

    hi,

    trying to add a new listing and each time I try and save the listing none of the location information is saved and much of the other info; contact name, telephone, email, web address is also deleted.

    I’ve had this issue before can you please check it out again.

    hi paolo,

    yes fixed. it seemed to be even when I had updated the listing in the ‘expires’ column it was still showing as unknown rather than never. this seems to happen when I pressed the Preview button before the Publish button. Even when I’d then press the Save updates the status as expires unknown still shows. I had to delete the listing and start again.

    Any thoughts? How do you change the expire setting?

    Hi,

    by selecting a different price package.

    Expiry date is always related to price package.
