Change value of multiselect option

Hi when i change something in the multiselect option the old versions dont get updated.

Is this somehow possible? Maybe in the database itself? If so in which table?

Oke ill wait, because i used uncapitalised letters and i want to capitalise it and change one. But if i do it now the whole option get removed.

Arent they bound to primary key with a unique id?
If not than i would like to see that in future release 😉
