Listing updates of custom fields not stored

    Hi support team,

    I have the issue that no changes or addings of listing changes will be stored and displayed on listings after update.

    I have added custom fields to be used for additional information but it seems that now no changes are stored in database.

    Please help me to find out how to enable or solve this problem.

    Hi Stiofan,

    sorry for that late reply, but I have been away. I made a restore of database to may solve this problem, but still exists.
    While adding custom fields e.g. “billings information” I am getting the failure of “Column change failed, you may have too many columns.”

    Hi Stiofan,

    NO – Problem still exists. Clicking on “Billing Nationality Check” 3rd last field. Then the message: “Column change failed, you may have too many columns” in browser is shown.
