Location outside of the default city

First of all, google map location is not accurate! In my case, it’s showing wrong city name at certain areas in my city…

I’ve managed to bypass this in settings… So that regardless of different region or city, on drop down, it shows what I’ve defined in admin panel. But after last update, it’s not working anymore…
I assume that this was changed in last update?
I have exact same site on my localhost as on live. So I changed settings on live site like they were before but it doesn’t work. On live site or localhost…

If I set settings to use default country/region/city so that there is no dropdown, they cannot set location outside of the defined city (popup alert). If I define country/region/city then the location is changed in dropdown regardless of me defining region an city.
This was not the case before last update!
The proof of this is listing that I’ve added long time ago. If I edit that listing, it’s clearly showing region and city that I want it to show, but if I move marker just a little bit, it will change region and city within dropdown… Also the permalinks change… This is not what I want! Or not as it was before…
Does someone have a solution?
