Not displaying multi regions or cities

    Hello,

    I have selected in the backend, the Enable Multi Countries, the Enable Multi Regions and the Enable Multi Cities.

    My issue is: Multi Countries works fine, but there’s NO Multi Regions nor Multi Cities. There’s no drop down list. What am I doing wrong here?

    I added a screen shot with the settings
