Location Selection does not appear after Avada upgrade

Today I upgraded to the following;
Avada ver.3.6.2
GD Core 1.2.7
GD Locations Manager 1.1.3
as well as upgrading to the latest Avada GD child theme and Avada compatibility plugin is activated.

After upgrading everything, the menu no longer displays the location selector. I have ticked and un-ticked it in the GP Multi-location options and have also tried using the short code (which makes the site unresponsive and results in Chrome killing the tab)
I have also tweaked the Avada menu options with no discernible results.
Please let me know if I am missing something simple. I appreciate your assistance!
