    Hi,

are you adding the license that you find here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/neo-adaptive/downloads/

If yes please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

I’m really sorry, but I’m unable to activate your license too, it appears to be timing out. It could also be the 2 servers are not communicating for some reasons.

It could be an outdated OpenSSL version on your server, if we could add

    phpinfo();

to any of your templates we could easily tell, but the file editor is disabled in your wordpress back end.

We would need FTP details for that.

Otherwise you could ask to your hosting support if the OpenSSL version installed is higher than 1.0.0e (which is the minimum required to communicate over SSL and a wilcard domain). If that is the case, only them can update it.

The reason why the map is not loading is that W3 total cache is not compatible, I deactivated all caches momentarely from it’s settings page and now the map is loading as expected on that link.

The only Caching plugin compatible with GD is GD Booster. GD is an application and as such it is difficult to make it compatible with any generic caching plugin.

That’s why we built our own.

I could be wrong, but the server used for that website is responding quite slow for only having few plugins installed. Is that a shared server? If the answer is yes, I would consider upgrading to at least a VPS or cloud instance with at least 1 or 2gb of RAM.

    Let us know,

    Thank you

Yes the SSL Version is old:

    OpenSSL/0.9.8o (6 years old).

Please ask to your server admin to update it to at least v1.0.0e.

    Thank you

The only way would be updating the plugins via FTP or using a plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/

The best solution would be to upgrade to a better server.

Keeping outdated versions of software installed on your server isn’t a good practice, why would they want to do that?
