Hi: My header background image cannot be removed with GDF Options. I did not put in any CSS code into the header. I only used GDF Options. This is what I tried.

    1. Remove Image. “image is removed”, and saved changes, but still shows on front page
    2. Reset Section
    3. Reset All
    4. Upload another header. “still old background image remains”. The new header image appears in GDF options.

Hi Paolo: You can remove the image. That is not a problem. However, I cannot
add an image to the background, and show it on the main page. Also, I cannot change the color of the background. Also, I cannot move my logo, left, right, up, or down.

thanks Cory. My login and URL, are posted in the previous thread.

    Hi,

before there was a Cafe Paris image, than I changed it to the orange image and now to the green background color. Just look at the image attached in my previous post. Changing the image is not enough, you need to set background properties every time as well according to what you are using.

Logo can’t be moved right or left, there is no such option. In GDF logo is floating to the left and shouldn’t be wider than 500px. You will need to tweak css to move it.

    Thx

Hi Paolo: thanks for the support. However, the problem is still the same.

You changed the Cafe Image, and the color from orange to green. Did you look on the front page. It does not changed. Yes, I understand the back and how it is done. I have other subdomains which it works pefectly on.

Also, on the other subdomains I can move my logo with SITE LOGO MARGINS, but cannot move it around in this subdomain.

Please take a look at the front page. When you select the options, they change is the GDF area, but not the front.

Of course I’ve looked at the front page and both changes happened. (see image)

You may want to clear your browser cache or whatever cache system you are using on your server, at least until you are done with your development.

I think the margin problem on the logo is the same, because now I changed it to zero and it went to zero.

The system works. There is something on your side not working.

    Thx

thanks for the attachment. hmmm. on my computer I don’t see that. I also cleared my browser history, and cache. I think i’ll try a different computer. One last question. Is Wordfence caching compatible with GD. I don’t want to lose anything. thanks Paolo.
