    Where/how can I change the placeholder text for the sort “view” to something more clear?
    I’d like to say “View: 2 column” instead of “View: Grid 2”

    you had places ticked in GD > Design > Map > Show / hide post type and category on map

    You only are allowing 4 characters (not tags) for the tags in the price package, adjust that amount.
    Users can logout by clicking the “Logout” link in the GD Dashboard widget. You have that widget on the Listings pages.

    In GD >> Prices and Payments >> Prices > Edit any price and change : Tags limit
