Custom Google Maps won't go away in Edge..

    Howdy.

    I installed the Custom Google Maps plugin, messed around with it, made waters green, and then disabled the plugin, and then deleted the plugin.

    In Chrome, everything returned to normal.
    In MS Edge, the water is still green.

    I’ve deleted files/cookies/etc in Edge.

    I’ve cleared the WP cache.

    I’ve restarted MS Edge.

    Still green waters there, and normal waters in Chrome.

    Thoughts?

    This definitely sounded like an issue with the cache, probably server related or browser cache issues. Do you mind sharing the URL of the site in question so we can take a look? You can use the private reply option below.

    Hi,

    please try to reinstall the plugin, remove your custom style and then disable the pluiun again.

    I see the custom map on Firefox too.

    Hi..

    I did a bunch of things (resintalled plugin, changed water, etc) but it ended up being a cache issue at my host. Their admin tool does a pretty good — but not 100% — job clearing the cache. Once they did it at the server level, it cleared out properly.

    C’est la vie.
