How do I add neighborhood categories

I attempted to download an .csv file for neighborhoods to have a template for neighborhoods but the list is empty. Thus, no template downloaded. How do I set up neighborhoods? Kind regards,

Hi,

add 1 neighbourhood manually and export neighbourhoods.

I know how to add an event but what is it that make it a “neighborhood” event so that I can download the neighborhood .csv template please?
