Upper/Lower cases in region/cities urls/slug

Hi! I don’t understand how the wpgeo manage upper/lower cases in urls. The slugs works for both? How to set everything to lower cases? Is there an option or need to edit the name of the cities?

For example, I have the city Los Angeles, in California. The url is ../California/Los-Angeles/name-of-listing
to have all in lower case I have to change the name of the city in Multilocations OR post_city and the post_locations (in php my admin ) from ‘Los Angeles’ to ‘los angeles’ ?
